fairly straight forward and informal. Now do group interviews and all jobs advertised online. Had to go round store and find as many pros and cons as possible in 15 minutes.What I would do to to improve displays and anything else I could think of.

Had 3 interviews first on the phone with HR then with the store Manager and a final interview with the Area Manager and store Manager. The took some time to get back to me, the interview process was 1 month.
