The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had a preliminary screening phone call followed by two in person interviews before being offered the position. The interviews were casual and conversational and gave me the opportunity to highlight my skills and chat through my previous experience.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview, in-person interview, writing assignment. My point of contact, who would have been my supervisor, never confirmed receipt after turning in my writing assignment and was generally unresponsive through the process. After a few weeks, I received an email from the operations manager stating that I did not get the position and the email itself was quite cold. Should be noted that managerial positions require a three year commitment of employment to WE.
