Entrevista
When selected for the they just ask random questions like your city, education and other general questions to check your communication skills then they ask basic questions to check candidate's knowledge in Human Resources and recruitment. Basically Recruitment process is explained by the recruiter during the pre placement talk prior to the GD round. This is not so hard to crack and any BBA or relevant graduate with decent communication skills can easily crack this interview. Only difficult part is the stakeholder interview round where CEO or the any other above manager level employee will be asking some situation based questions which just requires common sense and basic recruitment knowledge to crack.

Tell me about your city and what is the recruitment process?
Quick two step and done interview process. Didn't think I would see an offer, but I did. Didn't accept as it was a weird set up and seems like majority of their head count is in India, not the US.
We are sorry to hear that you didn't take up an offer because of doubts. We have employees across the world, and in India too. But we assure you that we are a legitimate company that has been successfully pioneering the staffing industry for many years now.
