Went through the entire process from recruitment to in-person interview on-site. The recruiting stage went smooth. The hiring manager call increased in difficulty over the duration. The on-site interview included a tour, presentation, and 4 rounds of 1-on-1 interviews with the 4 members of the team. The onsite interview was the hardest part, however I could have prepared better. Overall good experience, however I don't think I aligned with their fast-paced culture and is likely one of the reasons for no offer.
