Very engaged pair of interviewers, Head of Engineering and one of the Tech Leads. They asked interesting questions and listened to my answers, asking follow up questions and gave me time to speak. I didn't continue with the process as I couldn't find the time to do the take home test but the difficulty of it wasn't significant and seemed relevant to the role, rather than an overblown take home test.
