One phone interview followed by 2 on-site interviews (one with the hiring manager, the other with 5 different people from the UK and US businesses). Was straight forward, fairly quick (2 weeks maximum), and allowed me to judge the company culture by having the opportunity to meet several employees from different departments. Also got to meet the General Manager, it was great for her to get involved in this and I like the fact she was genuinely involved in getting to know future employees.
