My friend who is working at Vodafone suggested me internally. HR called me in a few days and asked me some questions to complete my application on phone. Also, we set a date for face-to-face interview. I directly attended an interview with only my supervisor. It was like a friendly conversation and I felt really calmed and relaxed. Just in 15 minutes after I left the interview, they called me and made the offer.
Video interview asking 6 questions and numerical assessment and pattern assessment. Must complete before deadline set in email typically 2 days. The video interview took ages since every video must be uploaded right after it’s been filmed which took a lot of time.
Why did you apply to vodafone and what will you bring? What are your strengths? An idea you brought to life? A difficult colleague and how you dealt with him?

it is hard actually, asking 5 questions and you have to answer them in English. Time is unnecessary. they want to give an example from your life. they give a little time for thinking.
