The hiring and interviewing process were positive. They flew me out from Chicago and put me up in a nice rental and hotel. I got a very positive vibe from the people I interviewed with. I was given a good offer and relocation package which I should have negotiated a clause if things didn't work out. If only I knew what I was going to deal with after I was hired, extreme favoritism, ethnic and religious persecution, nepotism, conflicts of interest and shocking business and safety ethics.
