I had applied to a few different positions at Vivint, and had a relationship with the recruiter. They called me the same day I applied and had me in for an interview the next day. They will waste your time, because the number of people who apply is insane. The first interview is a get to know you interview, they may ask a little about your background. The 2nd interview is more technical from what the hiring manager said.
