The interview process was very tedious and long. It took 10 weeks from the initial application to the offer (for a 6 months internship position). Their interview process involved the following stages: 1) Send in application 2) Fill out a self-assessment form where you have to assess your technical skills and writ down your experience in detail. 3) First interview with HR/ recruiter: - general interview questions 4)Technical interview: - short programming exercises - general questions about machine learning, data science and programming 5) Use case: - You have one week to work on a use case and then present it. - This was very time intensive and tedious. - The use case involved building a ML model and then exposing this model through a Docker container and a Flask API. 6) Offer They were not very professional, especially towards the end. Sometimes I wouldn't hear from them for a long time and they didn't stick to their promised timeline. However, when they wanted something from me, I had to deliver it in very short amount of time and with little regards to my schedule. On multiple occasions didn't reply to my e-mails (i.e., when we were trying to set up a meeting). Without asking, they switched communication channels and started to contact me on my private accounts. When I asked them to stick to my professional contact details they told me they couldn't be bothered because "they anyway don't have time to check their e-mails".

The interview process was very smooth and the team was very responding. I first got in touch with someone from the HRs in a simple Get-to-know interview which was immediately followed by a more theoretical ML interview. After these 2 rounds, they handed out an ML use-case which took me around 3 full working days. The final project was presented in front of two senior ML engineers. I highly valued the fact they took time to give precious feedback on the work I presented.
