You fill out your application, sign background check approval and let them make a copy of your license, social security and car insurance before they even interview you and say you have been hired. once done the supervisor will conduct a interveiw.

It's not even really an interview they immediately go into orientation and a brief training module. They might ask you about yourself and why you want to work here but that's about it.
