(1) A brief phone interview with the owner.
(2) About 2 weeks later, an in-person interview with the VP with questions such as "how would your best friend describe you" etc.
(3) The same day, a very open ended written test in their office in Denver. No time limit was given, and word count suggestions were also minimal. It took me about an hour.
(4) About two weeks later, an in-person interview with the owner. She asked me to recap me previous interview and then asked me some typical questions like "what are you strengths and weaknesses". She also gave me the chance to ask her some questions.
The owner emailed me on November 13, a few days after the last interview, and said she'd let me know one way or the other "the week of Thanksgiving". Then nothing. I waited a week after Thanksgiving, and sent a follow up email inquiring about the status of my application. No reply, and nothing since (it is now mid December).
Given the length of the process, I expected a more professional, courteous rejection.
