The interview is fast. I applied today and they responded immediately to for the initial interview. I like how fast they responded. But finish an assessment exam within 20mins is not enough time. Though the Typing and Grammar exam if fairly easy. The Email comprehension and Email another 8 mins. was trying to send it before the the given time frame. I got the email 3:27pm and sent the first screenshot of the assessment 3:58pm. but not enough time to finish the other 2 assessment.

There are 2 sets of interview, the initial and the final interview. If you pass the initial interview then you get the chance to proceed to the next level which is the final interview. The initial interview normally tackles on your personal information, and the interviewer's goal during this stage is to get to know you. So during this stage, all you need to do is be confident in sharing the interviewer the truth about yourself.
