Group interview. there were five of us and there were five of the current employees including the president. Since they were a growing company and had many different positions to offer they set up group interviews. Which I found fun and relaxing. The questions sought our level of imagination, our skills and let them know how we handle adverse people in our lives and if it effected us by our body language and answers. I found it a very clever way to interview. I would really like to work there. I hope they call me in for a 2nd interview
