A relatively straightforward interview. Opened with the opportunity to do a short introduction, followed by standard skills and competency questions and then an opportunity to ask about the organisation.
Then it all went quiet. Two months have passed and I've been ghosted by VM. I've prompted both the interviewer and HR for feedback and I've yet to have any formal response. Why do organisations do this? Candidates deserve better.
