Sat down at table with the general manager, and went through questions, small chit chat. Hand shakes on way in and out. Pretty relaxed as far as interviews go.
The interview started at 5 am. They made me do safety tests for the food and kitchen environment, while I waited for the interviewer to be finished prepping. It was around 7-8 when he told me I'll start now and he'll review the tests later, because it got busy and they needed help.
