Entrevista
Round one
1. Interview with a Manager. This takes a long time just in waiting to meet this person.
2. Simple questions but he is more interested to listen what he wants to listen
Round two
1. Interview with the director ( Be ready to waste your entire day waiting for this person.)
2. Half the time keeps seeing the CCTV instead of talking to you
Round three
1. HR round. Its a confusing state of affair as no one wants to listen to you
2. Documentation....very basic
