A Manager called for phone interview. Questions were easy. Woman gave a great overview of what the job was and what the company was about. I was then called back for a in person interview. The interview was very casual and I felt very comfortable as I was asked questions about my previous job history and Call center experience. I think I was asked about 10 to 12 questions and then was told that if selected I will be called for a drug screening and background check.
