You have to undergo 3 interviews before being hired.first interview is a group interview. Very easy and fun, I believe they observe how we interact socially while discussing work ethics and such. Second interview is private. you are asked about your experience and your passions; why you would be a great asset to the company. The second interview is the hardest and they are really seeing if you fit the brand. The third interview is with the store manager so they can either agree or disagree with the hiring managers decision. It was very quick and vague because the store manager seemed too busy to sit down and talk for long.
