Entrevista
Group Interview, with 6-8 girls. Each person was given the opportunity to respond. Basic questions were asked; why you want to work there, have you had prior experience, etc. etc. It was clear that the interviewer already knew 2 of the girls and the jobs were already theirs.. No one else got offers, it was an unfair waste of time.

Nothing was too difficult. Probably something along the lines of "Why did you chose V.S?"
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
