Fills out an app in person and the assistant manager told me to be back in two days for a group interview. never been to one before, but it was really interesting. they will ask you questions like if you're going to school, what type of position you're looking for, why victoria's secret, etc. Super easy interview. I believe that they are looking for initiative, so when they ask the group a question, be the first to answer and have good positive energy.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
