First and only interview was a group interview. Very relaxed, and less nerve racking than a one on one. Questions are very simple eg. past retail experience? Strengths? Weaknesses? What you would hope to expect from VS as an employer. Very simple interview.

What is the difference between selling to the customer and selling for the customer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
