We were disheartened to read your feelings about Victaulic being anti-family. Our company is family-owned and as a whole, our employees express a family feel when describing our culture in year-over-year surveys. Certainly roles like those in our Sales team require travel that takes employees away from their families at times. In turn, we offer flexibility in other areas to help Sales employees maintain the balance they need.
As a potential customer, we hope you’ll have the opportunity to see why our solutions promote families as well. From connecting pipes faster, increasing jobsite safety and reducing financial risk, our customers are able to get home to their families sooner, unharmed and with peace of mind that a Victaulic system lasts the life of their build.
