I first got an online interview from the HR (external contractor), then invited in person to the office in Cuxhaven. The process was very slow and not organised. I have to change the in person interview a couple times also had to follow up with them due to no response. The HR even invited me for an in-person interview one day before the interview date (via phone)!! and I live in the other state, at least 600km away!
