Applied online and with one week got an email from HR to arrange a screening call which took 2 weeks to arrange (recruiter kept putting it off) for a 5 minute phone call. The screening call asked about my college GPA and salary expectations, which they really emphasized. The next stage was a phone interview with a person in the department which was very conversational along the lines of behavioral questions and a couple financial questions that were pretty simple. Was informed that there would be another phone interview in a couple days, didn't hear anything for a week. Followed-up and found the position was filled. Definitely would have appreciated being informed that I didn't move along in the process or there was a miscommunication between the different departments about the position.

Took 1 month. 2 phone interviews then a video interview with 6 different people. Everyone was very nice and there were a lot more behavioral questions than technical. They seem to be looking for a very specific compatibility.

Found the job online and applied. Soon after a HR recruiter with Viasat reached out and we set up a pre-screen. Basic questions were asked and I learned more about the role and company.
It went well, and was expecting to get to the first-round interview. However, the recruiter called me to let me know I didn't meet the years of experience qualifications since it's an entry-level role.
It was nice that they actually called me rather than just sending the generic email or ghosting. Seemed like they really did care even though I was in a very early stage of the process.
Seemed like a great place to work and overall was a good experience. Only problem is the Georgia location is in Duluth, and not even. It's on the outskirts of Duluth in the middle of nowhere. So that was my only issue if I had moved forward in the process.

Reached out to by recruiter, phone interview 1st round, brought into office 2nd round to meet with entire team.
Everyone was more or less pleasant during the interview process up until the final interview. The final interviewer, Pete Lane, was on his phone several times during the interview process. I found this to be incredibly rude and unappreciative of my time.
