Got a referral through a contact. Setup call with internal tech recruiter who asked about my background and why I was interested in working at Vestmark. It's difficult to actually see and use their software since it is aimed at professional stock managers.

Very good process and friendly staff. Quick turn around on decisions. Good overview of the position and high emphasis on company values. Known as a best place to work. Good location and flexible workstyle.

Entrevista
Started with a phone screen with the lead of engineering, followed by a coding quiz. After that I had an onsite interview which was a whiteboarding problem, high level design problem, common Java and sql problems, and a culture fit discussion.

Entrevista
Received an email from HR, asking for availability to schedule initial phone interview. I replied with my availability, however I did not get any response to confirm it. Then, the next day of my availability HR contacted me through email asking to give some time options for next week. I replied with the time slots for next week. And the story repeats, I am still waiting to hear back from HR.
Very unprofessional from organization.
