Entrevista
Applied on-line, heard from HR very quickly. Had telephone screen with HR, and within a few days telephone interview with manager. Came in for in person interview for 3+ hours. And never heard from them again. No follow up, no response to my email to close the loop on it. There is a lack of professional courtesy in having someone in your office for 3 hours of questions and then not telling them either way, you are not interested in moving forward.

One person asked me more questions about the first job on my resume which was from 20 years ago.... Very strange line of questioning, seemed to be trying to figure out how old I was... Asked me what version of Oracle was the system I was working on from 20 years ago... Asked a lot of questions about the systems I worked on, and seemed rather disapproving of the answers. The other interviewees were much more reasonable in their questioning and seemed more professional.

Phone screen with HR, phone interview with Hiring Manager, phone interview with architect, face-to-face with 4 team members, face-to-face with hiring manager and a test case.
This is going to sound a lot like a previous comment. I had a pleasant experience with each person I met with. However, one seemed particularly focused on gathering intelligence on one of my prior employers. No problem for me, but I was irked when he corrected me on something I was not wrong on.
I really enjoyed meeting the interviewers and had pleasant experiences with each, but the one thing I'll remember about this company years from now is their HR problems. I don't know of they have email issues or if it's personnel related, but all my communications with the company were problematic. I would be asked something by HR via email, replay 5 minutes later and then get a testy email 2 days later asking why I wasn't replying. This happened multiple times so I finally got the contact's phone number and she started calling instead of emailing. But after my 5th round of interviewing I never heard back from HR, despite several emails and voice messages. For that reason alone I'm giving it a negative experience rating. Again, I had a really positive experience with all the people I met.
The final round of interviewing was an exercise where you have 20 minutes to come up with a high level plan to build out a solution to a client functionality request. Obviously it is an impossible task, but they just want to see how you try to tackle it.

General questions, again, some were very specific to how a past employer's application worked. The presentation is the only hard part.
