      The interview process could have been better. I did like how responsive the coordinator was with scheduling interviews. She was very responsive! I had two interviews and the first interview was great. She was alert and asked a lot of questions about my background. However, my second interview was OK. I realized that many factors could have played a part in it being supbar. One in particular was the time of my interview. I had an interview with the CEO and at first he didn't seem that interested in what i was saying. He was yawning and checking his phone a lot. Sometimes, i would look at him while i was talking and his head would be down. After a while, he started becoming more engaging with me. These actions could sway an interviewee into thinking that this is not the type of company i would like to work for based on those actions alone. I on the other hand, did not let it affect me because i have been in situations like this. I also met great people with great work ethnic. So i gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and gave a 110% still. Just some advice- i have been on an interview with a CEO who did the same exact thing and i got an offer. After receiving my offer, i was told that i handled the interview well and was good under pressure. Do your research and make sure you understand marketing communications if you don't have experience. Be able to speak about your self and your back ground on a high level. Also, the interview process is very long and they do conduct multiple interviews with different people.
