The interview process with Vested was fairly straightforward. After a quick screening phone call with someone from their recruitment team, I was scheduled for a video interview with two members of the team to discuss my background, processes, and the role itself. After that video interview, I was invited to participate in an hour-long presentation with a larger group. For the presentation, I was asked to imagine Vested as the client and conduct a kick-off discovery session. The Website Strategist role at Vested is new so I was able to really make this exercise my own by asking their team to participate in some basic survey questions ahead of my presentation. That said, I could imagine without that collaboration, the exercise would've been more difficult to produce. The presentation was meant to be the final step in the interview process but Vested invited me to participate in a final interview with team members after that third step. I declined as I had already received and accepted another offer. That said, I felt that Vested's process was straightforward and uncomplicated. I really enjoyed getting to know their team members even though I ended up bowing out of the process.
