This was a phone interview and the first person began to speak and talk about the company for about 7 minutes straight without asking or waiting for a response from me. The opening statement was "Let me tell you about our company and then you can tell us what you can do for us". I was then forwarded to a developer with a thick Russian accent who I had trouble understanding. This person seemed to focus only on skills needed and nothing else.
