I recently interviewed for a .NET Developer role at Vertafore. Overall, the interview process was well-structured and fairly technical, but the outcome was disappointing due to a last-minute position closure.
The process had multiple rounds:
1. Online Assessment (MCQ + Behavioral Questions)
2. Technical Round with Team Leads (1.5 hours, 3–4 interviewers)
3. Client Round (45-50 minutes)
4. Manager Round
Final Outcome
I successfully completed all rounds of the interview process, including technical, client, and manager discussions. After that, I was asked to submit all required documents, and I completed the document verification process as well. However, after verification, HR informed me that the position had been closed due to a change in business requirements. It was unexpected since the process had progressed through all stages, including final verification.
