First step is aPhone interview with HR followed by an online assessment focussing on Personality and logical skills. After that 2 other rounds, one with 2 managers, and another with 3 other team managers.

1st stage is 30 minutes with HR
2nd stage is 1 hour with a manager of the team

Entrevista
The team made the entire interview process positive, transparent and fun. Every employee I met, regardless of their title, was friendly, open and helpful. I've interviewed at many other companies; Versapay made the whole process less stressful, which really made me want to join the team! In addition to that, they also made me feel comfortable about joining the team and made me welcome from the first call.
