There was a phone screening where the Senior QA engineer asked a variety of technical questions. After the preliminary interview, I was called to have a followup face-to-face interview with four other engineers on the VERSA team. The process was handled professionally.

Some recruiter contacted me through linkedin. First the interviewer missed to call at proper time. Called me for onsite interview. Looked like they were not prepared to take the interview . The interviewers were missing and looked like they called some people to conduct interview. The staff didnt look interested to take the interview , I donot know why they called. Looks like they were busy .startup culture i understand but Still.. sometimes i felt they were asking basic questions and didnt concentrate on logic sometimes. overall bad experience.
