1) Phone Screening 2) Interview with current AE, someone who went through Associate AE program 3) Panel with Manager, Director and another AE All these interviews are generally the same — mostly gauging for personality/fit within the sales org. They're looking for someone who can speak well, is personable and is coachable/hungry.
