Technical support manager reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had a video call a few days later. During the the video call, he didn't seem interested and very condescending. Throughout our conversations, I figured that he would be the type of manager who would micromanage his employees due to his lack of trust in them. I knew immediately he wasn't someone who I would partner with. He said he would let me know in 24 hours, but he didn't.

Only went through with the phone screen - overall very informal phone screen process didn't get a full idea of what the role would be and what growth looked like
it was fast paced and moved quickly. I liked it a lot and would do it again. how many more words do I need to make the minimum? One Two Three Four Five

The hiring process was not good from my perspective. I was outreached by a recruiting manager followed up by a scheduled phone interview which he cancelled twice and shown up late by 5 minutes - 10 minutes each time which I had to send him a follow up email as a reminder. What kind of time management skill is this? Please retrain your hiring manager on basic time management skills.
