Be detailed in responses , make sure your responses display characteristics of someone who would occupy the role you are applying for.

Interview process varies, but almost always consists of an initial review with the recruiter, an individual review with the hiring manager, and then some form of a panel or multi-person interview.

Describe a challenge you’ve faced and how you handled it and what was the impact/outcome/result.
A general recruiter would contact you and tell you about the position including a salary range. If you passed that the next step was a panel at least three people asking questions. Although it was structured, still had time to get off topic as needed. I received feedback quickly as to whether or not I was going to receive an offer.
