One face to face interview with the hiring manager. Questions asked mostly centered around past accomplishments, technical knowledge, working with cross-functional teams and fit within team. Length of interview was extensive.

Development and presentation of a product proposal. Not a lot of direction. Looking for how the candidate approached the task versus the actual content. Presentation was made in front of a group of leaders of varying titles.
