Be personable, and be able to think of specific situations in your past career to answer the questions asked. Be able to carry a conversation and be open to learning new products. Also, be able to sell a Verizon item to the interviewer. Do your homework.

First there was a Phone interview with recruiter, then a video interview, once completed they gave a personality assessment, lastly i had an one on one interview with district manager.
