Started with a phone interview moved on to the face to face star interview ... Mainly discribe work related situations and 7 part assessment both went very well was called in to interview with department manger a few days later I believe it went very well but you never can tell until an formal offer is made been waiting about a week since second interview keeping my fingers crossed was told I would know if offer will be extend by the end of this week

Entrevista
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
