Entrevista
A phone interview came a few days after I was interviewed. I went through two phone interviews with two separate recruiters before I went on my final in-person. It should note that I had to do a Compared to other recruiters, Verizon's recruiting people are some of the nicest people I've encountered (at least in my area). The same goes for the people I was interviewed by during the in-person.
Instead of being interviewed by one person, I was interviewed by two store managers in adjacent cities--taking place behind the office (where none of the customers see). They took turns answering the questions while one of them input them on the screen.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
