I got a call on a Monday, 9/2 about a phone interview Wednesday, 9/4. After my phone interview Wednesday, I was told that it would be a week before I would hear something. I got a call a hour and a half later from the store manager who scheduled a interview with me for Friday, 9/6. On Friday, he again told me I wouldn't hear anything for about a week. A couple hours after my interview he called me and scheduled a interview with the District Manager for that following Monday, 9/9. The district manager said he just likes to meet applicants but that the store manager would make the final decision and I should know something within a day or two. On Wednesday, 9/11 I followed up with the store manager and he told me to wait to hear from HR and we would go from there. I took that as a good sign. Thursday, 9/12 I got the call with the verbal offer and went online to schedule my drug test and consent to my background. I signed and scheduled those things for as soon as possible so the background would go ahead and be done. I took my drug test Friday, 9/13. Tuesday, 9/17 I got a call confirming my offer and orientation details. Total the process took about two weeks.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
