Higher ups asked will ask you to perform a skill drill on coaching representatives and providing feedback. Always ask a question at the end to let them know you take the role seriously.

The interview was quite difficult as it requires multiple processes. The hiring managers are helpful in guiding and preparing for the interview. Overall experience with the process is rated 4 out of 5 for lack of transparency in what the role entails.

Not too much pressure and overall a laid back interview. Knowing your stuff and being prepared is key. The process if getting hired from the outside can take some time
