Filled out online application. Received prompt callback for phone interview. After phone interview had 1:1 with store manager. Then another phone interview followed by offer which was coniditonal upon passing drug screen and background check. A Check (background company) was difficult to work with as some employers do not verify past wages. I had to contact the HR Rep as I didn't have access to past W2 to fax to A Check. After offer solidified sent to training at Regional Head Quarters for 3 weeks.

Standard interview questions: Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer and what did you do to satisfy their needs? Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service.
The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

Entrevista
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Entrevista
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
