Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Verizon (Chennai) en oct 2012
Entrevista
Two Technical Rounds. Senior Program Manager himself was conducting interview.
Round 1 started with questions from Core Java and thereafter in the required framework (Hibernate and Spring in my case) , you may be asked to write few xmls or code snippets as well.
If you qualify round 1 they will ask you to wait for Round 2.
Round 2 : SPM will talk more to you about your interests and past experiences. Then a general why / how you are using the technologies (Spring / HIbernate in my case) in past projects (Totally Verbal) and that's it.
HR will give an affirmative sign after that. But he will contact you a week later over phone and will start negotiating with you. If you had impressed them, they will definitely come to any scale you ask for. If you feel they were impressed with you , keep declining the offer rest assured they will come back again closing in giving you your expected pay.
