      Entrevista

First I filled out an online application- don't have the information auto inputed from your resume because it will all be wrong! I had to go back and change anything anyway. I got an email the next day from a recruiter and had a phone interview the day after that. The questions were mostly going over my resume and work/education experience. The girl who interviewed me had gone to my university and was really nice, so that helped. There were a few situational questions thrown in there as well but they were easy. Next I had the assessment a few weeks later (this was last week) and I don't see how anyone could have failed it. For the "Preferences" section it was obvious to me which answer they wanted you to choose, so I picked those answers. I was the first one done and I passed. The lady signed me up for another phone interview an hour later (not much time to prepare but I liked how quick it was!) The second phone interview was a bit harder. I think that was mainly because the guy I talked to was not as friendly as the first girl. Not that he was mean, but he was crisp and brisk. I should have expected that though. I tried to sound conversational and professional at the same time, so they could see how I would sound with a customer. The questions were more difficult this time around but they were all situational. I should have written down a list of situations before hand, but like I said. I had an hour to prepare (really only thirty minutes once I got home from the interview). One thing I didn't really appreciate is that the man who interviewed me told me that the entire process was an interview and that he saw me when I was sitting outside the testing room waiting on my friends (I had carpooled with them since they were also applying). That's all fine and dandy, but when he interviewed my friend later, he talked about me and said he had to tell me to be more professional. FYI all I did after the test was sit on a bench, twiddle my thumbs, and check my email. Anyway, I didn't really appreciate that, haha. I passed my second phone interview and have my face to face soon. I am not sure what to expect, but I do know the interview is only with one supervisor as opposed to a panel interview. I still don't know what to think about this job. I do appreciate the arduous hiring process because Verizon clearly won't hire just anyone. My overall impression of the company kind of dwindled with the interviewer talking about me to another candidate (and possibly more). I haven't gotten an offer yet, because I haven't finished the process, so I am going to put "No" on the offer section since you have to pick something.

All of the situational questions were difficult in the second interview. But I am not that great at thinking off the top of my head, so the questions are probably easy for other people.

      Entrevista

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
