Applied online, the next day got a call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about a hour and was all star based questions. The interviewer said I did wonderful and would be contacted to do a f2f interview with the store manager. The manager called me the same day as my phone interview to set up my appointment to talk with him. This step is basically the same as the phone all star based questions. Had another interview the next week by a panel. Also make sure you know Verizon credo.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
