Entrevista
It was an internal job interview, basic interview questions, scenario based questions. Asked about previous experience. More of a conversation than an interview. Gave overview of the job to see it my skills aligned.
Lots of behavior based questions and looking for detail as far as the situation, what you did, and what the end result was. The interview process does change depending on how many or how quickly they need new leaders. Sometimes there is 1 interview and sometimes there is 2 or more. Sometimes including a presentation or portfolio.
