Applied online sometime around late February. A couple weeks later got an email from the HR rep (who turned out to be extremely helpful throughout the looooong interview process), to set up an initial phone screening for the following week. After passing the phone screening, I was setup to go in to the location I was applying for to take their "online assessment", which lasted 2 hours and consisted of various skills test. These tests ranged from simple typing speed, to listening ability, problem solving, etc.
Immediately after finishing the assessment I was notified that I passed, and was set up for a 2nd phone interview the following week. This phone interview was longer and more in depth than the initial screening, with more job experience related questions. At the conclusion of the interview the HR Rep said she thought our conversation went well and would get me set up for my face to face interview sometime within the next week... only I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks. I then emailed the HR rep that I had originally been in contact with, at which point I learned that I hadn't heard back yet because the training class that I was applying for had been postponed until further notice.
However, in mid-May I was finally contacted by HR and notified that the class had been rescheduled, and that they would like to move me on to the next phase, which would be the face to face interview. This interview was with two different supervisors and consisted of a lot of very specific questions based on past experience. In the second part of the interview several recorded calls were played and I was asked questions about what the rep did right/wrong.
I was contacted the next day after this interview and received a verbal offer, pending background check. A-Check took about a week to complete, at which point the offer was made official. In all it was a long process, from late February/Early March until late May, but part of that was due to the training session being postponed. The HR rep was great about replying to my emails and answering whatever questions I had throughout the process.
