Got an email to do a on demand video interview and which was basic behavioral questions about myself and career objectives. Then two days later got a call from the HR asking more detailed questions on my skills and said she will forward my resume to higher level hiring managers and that was it never heard from them again.

I gave a phone interview in October 2013. But I did not hear back from them after that. The phone interview had just behavioral questions. The interview started off with basic inquiry about availability, relocation, visa sponsorship etc. After this, the lady just asked me two questions. First was about an experience or achievement that I am most proud of. Second question was about my experience working in a team.
