I was ghosted by the Interviewer. I applied for the position, received an email a week later to schedule an initial interview. I accepted the date and time the interviewer proposed and provided my number as requested. I thought it was odd that I did not receive a calendar invitation but didn't think too much about it. The day of the interview, no call. Ten minutes after the scheduled time I sent an email to the person asking if we needed to reschedule. No response. Sent a follow up email three days later, no response. Pretty poor representation of the company.
